We sell the Tantra Club Package as well as the Ibiza Boat Club, which has been awarded TripAdvisor’s “Certificate of Excellence” thanks to its hospitality and customer satisfaction (almost 2,700 reviews with an average of 4.8 stars). Working with us means promoting the Number One Boat Party as well as tours to Formentera from Ibiza.
We understand that Ibiza is much more than just partying. That’s why we also offer our clients an Adventure Package, organizing boat tours to the breathtaking island of Formentera.
Being a promoter is not simply about handing out flyers to potential customers. It means taking on a role and approaching clients with commitment and energy – with the goal of convincing them not only to book the Ibiza Boat Club, but also the events of our business partner such as Tantra with its Open Bar, as well as the hottest clubs on the island (Pacha, Hï, Ushuaïa, Universe, O Beach, Amnesia, etc.).
We want you to succeed, and we provide you with all the necessary materials. You will also take part in a multi-day workshop in theory and practice, where you will learn all the skills needed to become a successful party promoter.
Your working hours are well organized and usually run between 11:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., with a maximum of eight hours per day. You will have one day off per week, giving you enough time to party with your friends, explore the island, and make your summer an unforgettable experience.

Payment is performance-based on commission and is made at the end of each working day. This means you will receive a commission for every customer who attends our parties. This commission ranges from at least €10 to €30 per guest.
Experience has shown that even less talented but hardworking promoters can earn an average of €400 to €550 per week. Experienced and highly dedicated promoters can easily make double that amount – or even more.
If you are used to working independently, are responsible and reliable, don’t just want to spend your holidays but also earn money (!) – and if you meet the following criteria – then come and rock Ibiza with us this summer:
• Age: between 20 and 30 years
• Availability between April 1st and October 15th
• At least 8 weeks to become part of our team
• An optimistic and positive attitude
• A confident and persuasive appearance
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual: you should be able to speak at least two languages fluently
We do not cover travel expenses to Ibiza, but of course you will be picked up at the airport and taken to your accommodation.
If you are an EU citizen, you do not need a visa or a special work permit to work in Ibiza. If you are not an EU citizen, unfortunately we cannot hire you. We will, of course, take care of all the necessary paperwork to ensure that you can be officially employed at Ibiza ClubHub.

The staff apartments rarely have an internet connection, as these flats are only rented for the summer, usually for a period of six months, while internet contracts are generally available only on an annual basis. However, you can access free Wi-Fi in almost all bars and restaurants. In addition, most mobile providers offer free roaming within Europe.
We have agreements with local car and scooter rental companies, allowing our employees to rent scooters for €250 per month. However, many employees also choose to order an e-scooter from Amazon and use it throughout the summer to get around the island. This is a one-time financial investment that enables you to move around for free all summer long. Many of our employees therefore use an e-scooter as their main means of transportation.
You are responsible for your own meals. However, our company group includes Tapas y Tablas, one of the trendiest restaurants in Playa d’en Bossa. All Ibiza ClubHub employees receive a 50% discount there and can enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner – always at half price.
Of course, all staff apartments are equipped with a kitchen, so you can also cook at home and prepare your own meals.

The staff apartments cost €20 per day or €600 per month, including all utilities. Employees only pay the rent for the first month, which also serves as a trial period. After successfully completing this trial period, there are no further rent or living expenses such as electricity and water. From the second month onwards, employees live free of charge.
